How to Collect Event Tickets?

• Step 1: Visit a registration booth at Cox’s Bazar (Kolatoli Beach, Laboni Beach, Shugondha Beach, Dolphin Mor, or Robi Customer Care).
• Step 2: Provide your Robi number to verify your Robi Elite status.
• Step 3: Receive a confirmation SMS in Return.
• Step 4: Collect your entry tickets & wristband from the registration booth. With the same wristband, you can enter the event multiple times over the four days.

Entry Requirements

• Your Robi number registered as Elite
• Your and your guest’s entry ticket & wristband (collected from the registration booth)
• Valid ID (optional for verification)

Re-Entry Policy

• You can re-enter the festival as long as you are carrying your wristband. In case you lose your wristband or the ticket, you will need to re-register at the booth.

Security Measures

• The festival will have the following security measures in place:
• Police & private security teams
• Metal detector checks at entry
• Controlled access for registered attendees only
• Dedicated medical & emergency booths

• Only Robi Elite users can attend this event. If you are not Robi Elite, head to the registration booth for instant upgradation.
• Attendees are requested to carry their Entry Ticket if they plan to join the event on all four days.
• This Entry Ticket grants access to all festival activities on the specified dates.
• Outside food, drinks, and alcohol are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the event. For smoking, please use the dedicated smoking zone.
• Illegal substances, weapons, or any hazardous items are strictly prohibited.

• By attending, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional use. The event will take place in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the organizers.
• Attendees are requested to be mindful of personal belongings at all times. The organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
• The organizers are not liable for delays, interruptions, accidents, injuries, or cancellations occurring due to any natural disaster or unforeseen events.
